Pricing and Requesting a Rental Agreement

A date will be reserved once the following is completed:

 

1) Date request has been approved.

2) Receipt of a 50% deposit.

3) Use conditions have been read and submitted via email or initialed and sent in.

Exact cost of a rental depends on a number of factors, including the type of event, the event timing, date, options needed, etc.

CAPACITY Maximum 150 persons in theatrical seating, 180 for mixers and standing room only concerts or no more than 100 persons for seated dining.

VENUE FEATURES Hall, lobby, restrooms, warming kitchen; green room; stage; theater-size screen; WiFi; round tables: 17–4'; 10–5' extensions

over the 4' tables; rectangular tables: 16–8', 1–6', and 2–4', 2–wooden; 5 round tall bar tables, 165 chairs (+60 folded); club management present.

Included in the base price: Tables & Chairs.
