About the event
Square dancing is for everyone! Our caller Nina teaches each dance right before we dance it. No partner necessary. Kids welcome.
In November, caller Nina Berry is here to guide us though all the fun dances! KC and the MooNshine Band plays live old-time music! Come on out for a community square dance. No experience necessary; no partner necessary. Kids welcome. The caller teaches each dance right before we dance it.
Doors open: 7:45 pm
Square dancing: 8:00-10:00 pm
This is a queer-friendly event where everyone can dance any role. The caller uses the terms "owls" and "birdies" to refer to the two dance roles of the couple.
BYOB: You may bring beer and wine. No hard alcohol allowed.
