The
Hillside Club offers many regularly scheduled events and opportunities
for involvement to its members. In addition to regular meetings
and seasonal dinners, the members maintain the club’s dancing
tradition. Five regular assembly dances are held throughout the
year, and recently the club’s Argentine tango interest group
has staged several very successful Milongas (dances featuring tango).
The Hillside Club has always provided a flexible structure within
which members find opportunities for self-expression, self-development,
fellowship and service to others. In recent years, the club has
included sections devoted to literary discussion, travel, photographic
arts, fine arts, music, international affairs, and performing arts.
Recently, a hiking group, tango group, and a bridge section have
formed. The Hillside Club is organized so that members may participate
in some or all of the various club functions and section meetings.
The emphasis is on fellowship and any level of participation a member
may choose is welcome.
The Hillside Club is open to new members. Please come to a Fireside
meeting, held the first Monday of the month, to apply, or use this application. If you
have other questions,
our membership chairperson,
can answer them. We look forward to hearing from you.

Make a Donation
Finally, if you are already a member and would like to donate to the club to help cover extraordinary or operating expenses, you can do so here. Last year's suggested minimum donation was
$25, as Membership Dues were last raised in 1998. (If they had been increased at 5% per year, the present rate would be over $220 per member.)
